Message: Went in with a laundry list of small nonsense that I'd been putting off for far too long, and Al was able to get it all done in a day. No front desk salesperson, no sneaky upcharge, no acting like he's about to perform super secret brain surgery, no "I charge a minimum $$$$ for diagnosis even if we don't find anything" or "while I was changing your oil I noticed your doohickey is out of shape and it really should be replaced immediately, luckily for you I can do it for $$$$! " or "we offer payment plans" like you find at every other chain. There were none of those shady shenanigans here-- Al was just a straight-up, real-talk, "yeah I'll take a look at that for ya" oldschool mechanic who doesn't make you feel like you're being hoodwinked by a salesman. Al fixed my car, fixed my headlight, looked at my tire (turns out it didn't need fixing), renewed my NJ Inspection, and took the car for a drive to see if there's anything funky with the transmission (nope), all for a super reasonable price. I haven't found a hairdresser in this town yet, but at least I've found our new mechanic! Thanks Al, you're a champ!

Message: Last night I was the victim of a huge pot hole on Terrill Road and Route 22. One of six victims in a span of 40 mins. Alex replaced my tire today for me. Not fun driving on a Donut. Was very happy and thankful he took care of me, as he had plenty of cars to repair.

Message: I took my truck to 4A after having a bad experience with a different mechanic. All I can say is that I’ll never take my truck anywhere else. Al did a great job. The work was done quickly, the price was reasonable, and everything runs as smooth as can be.

Message: Most pleasant experience ever. After getting a nail in my tire I thought I would be calling around for mechanics all afternoon, but Al fit me right in. I don't know a great deal about cars (it shows) but he did not take advantage. He was quick and polite, and what a nice experience to deal with such a wonderful and genuine person. I will be coming back even with a lease from a dealership. I would rather give the business to this family owned, local company and would recommend this shop to anyone. All around best experience with a mechanic I've ever had. Trustworthiness is everything and this place is it - 5 stars.

Message: Best experience I've ever had with any mechanic, ever. This company has been family owned since 1985, and the mechanics treat you like family. I completely trust them with any car and have for more than 15 years. They have always helped me and worked with me whether it's an emergency or not. I cannot recommend this place more highly.
