They were incredibly thorough and responsive. They shared that they could not fix my car due to transmission issues and encouraged me to find the right person to fix my care. Message: My son recently took a job in Atlantic City. His car started to shake at a traffic light. He took it to an auto parts store for a diagnostic. We discussed all of the possibilities. And then I did a Google search for a good mechanic. Thankfully others had reviewed their experiences with Arctic! Jake took the car in just before closing last night and got it back today. They were honest and fair! We couldn't ask for more than that. Fortunately they are a mile from his place so he could even walk there and back.
