Message: Steve and the crew at Atlantic Transmission are fantastic and I highly recommend them. I was having difficulty with a whining noise in my Murano's transmission and called around for service on a Sunday expecting to get a message machine. Steve unexpectedly picked up the phone (! ), and we set up an appointment for the next day. I was driving this car to Colorado on Monday, so he understood the urgency and fit me in. They serviced the transmission, got it running and sounding great, although Steve pointed out that there was a significant amount of metal found in the filter, and that transmission damage might be problematic driving cross-country. I said I was willing to risk it. He insisted that we check in with him along the way, which we did. From western PA, Ohio, and Kansas. The transmission hummed along until a few hours outside Denver, but I was able to make it into the city and my destination. Steve really cares about the work his company does and the welfare of his customers. He is 100% quality in my book. Thank you, Steve.
