In an emergency jam, also the ones to call! I had a flat tire, to the rim. My "fix and go" was a one use so useless to me. As a nurse, needing to get to work that night to care for a pediatric acute home care case, I had no time for a flat tire. As an actress, and life coach, I also travel, and need my own reliable transportation. Bayside sent a skilled mechanic to my driveway within 20 minutes! He fixed the flat, plugged it, right in my driveway! He also tested the tire for any air leaks before leaving. The owner, Jay, waited until the next morning for me to stop in the shop and pay him for the emergency assistance! Message: It's very unfortunate that I'm only able to give this business five stars, because they are off the charts! I relocated to Brick, NJ from the Poconos a little over three months ago and was in need of a reputable local shop for routine maintenance on my 2017 Jeep Renegade. I have been a car guy my entire life, am extremely neurotic about the care of my vehicle and I am also a former service writer. So needless to say, I am extremely picky when it comes to visiting any place new for any type of vehicle maintenance. I decided to visit Bayside Auto Repair on the recommendation of a good friend and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I brought my Jeep there for its usual oil change and tire rotation. Jay and Jay were very welcoming, knowledgeable and down to earth. During my tire rotation it was discovered that my front brakes were in need of replacement. While I already suspected I had this issue before I visited Bayside, Jay was very thorough in his explanation and even showed me how badly worn my pads and rotors actually were. I will be returning there within the next couple of weeks to have my brakes replaced and will be going there on a regular basis for all of my vehicle maintenance in the future. These guys are Aces!
