Message: Bob and son Wayne always provide excellent auto service and repairs with a friendly manner. This is a rare combination and explains why we have been loyal customers for 25 years.

Message: I showed up without an appointment because my car started making a terrible metallic sound a few hours prior. I was asked to leave the car for the day but given I am not from the area and came in because of proximity and good reviews, I told him I couldn't but wondered if he thought it was okay for me to drive an hour home. He came outside to listen to the noise and immediately realized what it was (a rock lodged behind something metal) and fixed it on the spot! He didn't have to take the time to come outside to listen to the noise given his busy day but he did and it ended up keeping my work day on track and costing nothing (although of course I gave him something). This would have me coming back!

Message: Great experience with Wayne on getting a new starter for my Audi. Very quick service -- was expecting things to take a few days but ended up getting the car back right before closing! They provide a 2-year warranty as well which is great for peace of mind with our older car. Thank you Wayne and Bob!

Her transmission fluid ended up being low so he filled it up so she could make it home. He was so nice. We will definatley use him again. It's good to know there are good, honest people out there.

Message: I made an appointment with Bob's Auto Services to have a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle I intend to purchase. Wayne was very accommodating, patient, and responsive in emails and over the phone and with email when I brought up the concerns I had about the vehicle.. I wasn't able to be at the appointment myself, as I live about 1 hour away, but he called me right after the inspection to address my concerns and go over his findings. He was thorough and willing to discuss at some length questions I had.. The price was a very good value for the service I received.. Granted, I did not get any repairs or work done on a vehicle, but if Wayne's mechanic skills are anything like the experience I had, I'm sure it would be of high quality. 10/10 would recommend.
