Message: I started going to Bob's in 1992 when a dealership across the street failed to diagnose an electrical problem and left me stranded in Ohio over July Fourth weekend. Over the years, Bob did an amazing job, totally honest, and always conscious of saving me money. After Bob retired, I ventured back to the shop a few weeks ago and was impressed with the cost-conscious service and solid workmanship of the new owner. My Sienna has 206, 000 miles on it and runs smoothly after 15 years.

Message: I have been going to Bob's garage for years. Not only my self but many members of my family and friends. Bob retired a year ago and sold the business to another gentleman. My son just bought his first car and needed to get the oil changed. So fingers crossed, I called on the new owner hoping for the same great service and prices. They got my son right in with a same day appointment. Dennis at the desk was very kind and took his time with my son.

Message: Great experience at Bob's. Good work, good price. They replaced the pads, rotors and calipers on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. Kevin clearly explained all the work that was required as well as optional items to consider. Price was clearly communicated, and work was done quickly. Definitely recommend.

Message: I decided to give Bob's another chance after the new manager Kevin reached out to me to correct a bad situation I experienced there under previous management. I came in today & was treated very fairly, received several apologies & every process being done to my car was communicated to me. I was very pleased and plan to continue to take my car in in the future.

Message: Based on my recent experience, Bob’s without Bob is still Bob’s, and in some ways it can be be even better.. I started going to Bob’s because they did quality work at a competitive price, and the person that greeted me clearly cared about his customers and his team. The team remains in place. My first impression of Bob’s with Kevin at the helm is my auto repair and maintenance futures are in equally capably, friendly hands.. I had to take the car in this time after a local tire shop said I needed brakes and rotors. Bob’s beat their price by 25% and had it back to me the same day.. I think there’s promise this change could be even better. For starters, I was shocked that when I called someone could hear me. With all due love to Bob, I’m delighted I don’t have to stop by in person to schedule a visit! The old decorations on the wall had their charm, but I like the clean look that’s a sign of more improvements to come.. Change is hard, but so far Kevin and the team are making it easy. I’ll be back for a good long time and will continue to highly recommend Bob’s to others!
