Message: I had a cyclist knock loose my driver's side rear view mirror. I stopped in to ask about getting it fixed. Burns was in the office and immediately came out to take a look. He went back inside and got Sal. They were able to pop it back on in minutes. The point I wanted to share, was that they stopped their day to help me! Such kind service! I will definitely come back to them in the future should I ever need more service. Thank you Burns and Sal!

Message: This morning I had gone to Bridgewater Collision Repair to have them give me an estimate to take care of a rather big scrape that was quite visible on the front bumper and a minor scrape in the back of my Tesla. I had dropped in without an appointment, yet the lady at the front desk was quite gracious about having somebody take a look at it! The person who came to take a look (I am sorry that I did not ask for his name), was so courteous. Even though Bridgewater Collision Repair does not service Tesla cars, he took a look at it and asked if it was okay if he tried to apply a spray on the scrape. He took care of the scrape by gently rubbing the surface of the car with the spray. Bridgewater Collision Repair offered me this service free of charge and with such courtesy, thank you so much! Message: I went to this shop yesterday (being for the first time) for what I was expecting a major repair on my rear side panel due to some tire markings. When I arrived I met a gentleman named Berns who was super friendly and asked to see the damage. Ultimately, he was able to clear off the damage free or charge and was super helpful by recommending me some touch paint from a local Honda dealer. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service in a while and I definitely recommend anyone who is needing body work to stop by and meet with Berns who provides exceptional customer service!

Message: My car was damaged by a careless concrete truck driver - trying to perform a K turn on a one way street - and ended up backing into the front of my car. At first the "self insured" concrete company wanted to send me to their own chop shop that has a 1 star review I said heck no, here's a list of BMW certified repair shops in NJ, choose one. They still refused so I chose one for them. After notifying my insurance and searching online for a CERTIFIED BMW repair center that also accepts my insurance, I found Bridgewater Collision Repair. I'm glad I chose them, they had to replace my hood, front bumper then paint to blend it all in. The work came out flawless and looks like it just came out of the factory. I was worried at first the paint wouldn't match, but they did a great job and I see no difference in the light or dark. No difference in colors. Bernabe was thorough and updated me throughout the process and it was done in a timely fashion. Pictures for your own pleasure.
