C & P Auto

Message: Friendly owner, they did work on my truck and do a good job, however it took 3 weeks. I was told when I brought it in it would be done as soon as they could, which I totally understand. I had alot of things start to build up in which I needed my truck, I called and asked for them to communicate with me on a timeline, i was told yes. Another week goes by and I go in and am told my truck isn't starting, so it can't be worked on yet, as they're extremely busy. Understandable, I totally get it, I just want to know whats going on without having to ask. It's not hard to just give a 2 minute phone call to let me know what's going on instead of forcing me to figure it out. Everytime I talked to the owner I asked if he would just simply communicate with me, and was told yes every time, without ever receiving a call. I literally went in to finally just get my keys and take it to the Ford dealer, and it wasn't until I asked him for the keys he told me it was done. I specifically asked for a price before having the truck worked on, which I was told I would get. None of these things are deal breakers, it's just being told yes to alot of my questions, then never having those promises delivered is the issue. Communication is very important. However like I said friendly service and well done.

Message: C&P auto is one of a short list of mechanics shops that I trust to work on my vehicles. Their prices are beyond fair and the work is complete and correct. If your looking for a good shop they have my vote! Ken Norris Sr.

He said that C&P auto is the only place that he would trust to do a repair on our vehicles because they do very professional work for a very reasonable price. Message: Very honest mechanic. Have been using them for about 15 years. Qualified, make good choices on what needs to be done versus what could be done. Prices are reasonable, and I trust them that any of the work they do really needed to be done. Scheduling is pretty good - can get on the schedule in a day or two usually.
