My teenager was in need of a transmission and John helped me through every step of the process giving me excellent advice, no pressure to spend unnecessary money and he even allowed me to drop off the vehicle after hours. Message: Thought my transmission blew when I took a turn on rt 130. Had it towed here near closing times and John was okay with it. About a week later or so, I get a call telling me that thankfully, it wasn't the transmission. They still fixed the tie rod and axle that was apparently the problem and topped off my transmission fluid, which obviously was much cheaper lol. My car's been working as usual since. I appreciate the honesty and kindness!

Message: So far my interaction with Goodeal Transmissions has been positive John the owner took very big interest in my build and assured me everything would be great. But transmission had a small slip, and didn't need a rebuild at this point, however, I'm doing custom heavy duty/performance build on my 4L60E. Can't wait to get my truck back and take it for a long drive. I will follow up when I have my truck back.. Well everyone, I've had my truck back for over a month now and I've been driving it regularly and towing a construction trailer. Trailer. There is quite a noticeable difference from before and after the build for my transmission. I can honestly say that working with John and Jason was a great experience. I was introduced to the mechanic as well. Goodeal Transmissions went above and beyond my expectations and should I need any transmission work done on any of my other vehicles I know exactly where to take them!

Their prices were very reasonable and they both took their time to explain the entire process. I would highly recommend them!

John was friendly and seemed genuinely honest. There was no pressure to get transmission fixed. I decided to trade car in for something new instead of repairing it.
