He’s very knowledgeable and been in the auto business over 30 years, and his wealth of knowledge guides his staff to do their absolute best. Jorge really takes the time to get to know all of his customers, and is very respectful and professional. He will steer you in the right direction (no pun intended) on when it’s time to make a repair or if it is even just time to trade-up for a new car.. My car is older & discontinued by its manufacturer, and thus not easy to source parts for. I'm pleased to say that Lau's auto service always finds what I need to fix my vehicle (not the case with other repair garages I've used! ) I appreciate the time and thoughtfulness that the staff puts into their work. My car hasn't run this well in *ages* and I'm really pleased with the service.. I bring my car here for regular maintenance in addition to big repairs; Lau's caters to all my routine needs like diagnostics, oil changes, wheel alignment and rotation, etc. Very appreciative that Jorge and his crew will help me find the best parts for a great price, and are always up front and honest about billed services.. They have got state of the art equipment, and are always improving! This business is truly a class act, and respectable name in the neighborhood. I will continue to bring my car to these guys as long as it's still with me! :). I have also recommended coworkers, friends and family to their service and they've been satisfied as well.
