Message: We had a bit of car trouble recently in Ocean County. We called mechanics all over, but this one stood out. We spoke with Steve, the owner on the phone. He informed us that they were in business for so many years, but this man has 50+ years experience in automotive repair. He sounded friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. He explained they're a family business. Of the 2 dozen places we called, this one left the best impression. We putted our car up 37 to the PRO-CAT. We talked about a few possible issues, and some that were rather obvious. Price quotes were more than fair. We came back a couple days later for an oil change as well as a few other minor things that needed to be addressed. All I can say is that I will ALWAYS take my vehicles to PRO-CAT from now on, and am suggesting you give this family business YOUR family's business. Thank you for reading.. hope it helped

Message: First off I would like to thank Jennifer for being so nice. I walked in unannounced and needed an oil changed in my 2019 Kia Sorento she was more than happy to accommodate me, as they were performing the oil change they also did a multi-check inspection of the entire vehicle found that I had a front differential leak that I was never told of by Matt blat Kia of Toms River my truck still has 100, 000 Mi warranty I want to thank you for spotting this and taking pictures and sending them to me in my book that is thorough and honest. And also I don't think that KIA was changing my oil properly, I am and will do a thorough investigation on them until then they will only see me for anything that's covered under warranty until my warranty is totally expired otherwise they won't be seeing me anymore. Message: My boyfriend faithfully goes to ProCat. Introduced me to them and I won’t go anywhere else now. Will and his family are immeasurable! My two front tires were diagnosed elsewhere and was told a completely different story as to what I needed done to fix my issue. What I was told was a bigger and more expensive job than why I truly needed and the compassion and understanding this establishment extends to you and the fact that a woman came in and they did not TRY to rip her off is all I could have asked for and I got beyond that! I highly recommend this place for Auto repairs and more! 5 stars easily!

Message: Me and my mother both go to PRO-CAT auto for any car troubles we have. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are very thorough on their assessment of your car and will not lead you wrong in terms of repairs. They are honest and will let you know what really needs to be fixed at that time versus what may need replacing in the near future. They also do a good job of explaining why things need to be repaired if you don't know alot about cars. I'd definately recommend going to them for your car repairs, tune ups, or diagnostics! Philomena (my car) is always happier after we leave! :).
