Message: 1000% satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Here's what happened, the transmission on my 08 trailblazer started acting weird took it to a transmission shop and the guy didn't try to figure it out at all he just said I think the trans is going it will cost $2400 to fix. I call Ralph's to get a replacment trans quote and they ask what it's doing and say that doesn't sound like a bad trans. So I took it to them and it was a chaffed wire on a connector they had it fix super fast and didn't rake me over the coals. Can't recommend them enough!

Message: I'm from north Jersey and now live in the area, work in Atlantic City. My car went down in A. C. I called Ralph's Transmission because my son was searching for his vehicle's transmission to be rebuilt and upon visiting numerous locations and obtaining estimates he was told that Ralph's is the BEST place to go and is the most reasonable. Due to the fact that my son was recommended by other mechanics that's the 1st place I called for my vehicle (my son & I own an Acura TL 3. 2). I am very SATISFIED & impressed with the full service I received at Ralph's Transmission. HERE'S MY EXPERIENCE:. I called to obtain an estimate which was given (Feb. 2019). They coordinated the tow service (the tow truck driver was SO friendly, funny,. & professional) to their shop and the fee was very affordable! I was informed that my car would be ready at the end of the week (Friday) & it was! To my astonishment, It was ready for pick up in FOUR (4) days! They followed through on their word. I'm big on customer service, honesty, integrity, professionalism and etc. Therefore, they get an A in my book. Lastly, my husband trusts them, too! He is very skeptical. What they did not know is that my husband is a mechanic (20+ years - he works in north Jersey & does not have a shop to work on my car, hence, why he did not perform the work himself) & after speaking to them, he knew that they were on point. I was NERVOUS that my car was not going to drive the same way but I am here to say my baby girl runs like she's brand new! Again, Mrs. Satisfied with Ralph's services. Message: If you need work on your transmission, Ralph's is the place to go. I had both trans and oil leak issues. Lenny put my truck up on the rack and only 1 vehicle for tansportion. I brought my my vehicle in at 9am Lenny examined the issues himself. He told me my transmission was "weeping" and that I needed a new filter and fluid. He estimated the cost to be about $100. The final cost including tax parts, labor $106. I didn't have cash on me because I only expected an estimate and the work to be done at a later day in the week or the following week. To my surprise, I was asked to bring my vehicle in at 11:00am. I was home by 11:45am! Speedy service, professionalism, courtsey, cleanliness and a convenient location! If you need trans work done, RUN don't walk to Ralph's!
