Message: My wife and I were in Wildwood Crest for a short break. On the day before our planned departure our 2017 Lincoln Continental began to run roughly and the check engine light began blinking— not a good thing for sure. We called the Lincoln dealer located in Cape May Courthouse but they were of no help at all. We needed emergency service and they would not, or could not, provide it. I called Righter auto as an almost random choice out of desperation and they were very helpful. They indicated they would diagnose the problem the same day and fix ASAP. Amazingly, 3 hours after our problem occurred these guys had the problem correctly diagnosed (faulty #6 spark plug) and repaired at a reasonable price. We highly recommend. Message: I can't give enough thanks to Dan and his crew member Al. They really helped me out of a serious jam. Been having car battery problems and the car battery was dead this morning ( nothing was left on), jumper cables would not even work to get the battery started. Right away his crew member Al came out to my residence and got it started! He told me to leave it running for 30 mins with the heat or AC on and I did so, we were trying to take a trip to Mayslanding to bring a family member down to Wildwood for the holiday weekend. We left went to Wawa on Rio grande avenue to get gas, well to make matters worse after shutting off the car so they could fill the tank with gas, when I went to go start it after it was filled, IT DID NOT START! My Lord me n two of my kids were stuck in a limbo with a dead battery at the gas bump of a busy Wawa! I called up Al and he came to our rescue, a lose battery cable wire among a couple other things, he got the car started asap and told me if I wanted to follow him to there shop righters and it would only take 15 mins to fix the problem! So that's exactly what I did and with all the services they provided me they only charged me 50 dollars! I can't be more thankful to both of them! Great service, respectable professional people who care! Al even took the time to explain to me things I didn't know about the car! thanks again!

Message: Was here for vacation and ready to leave to head back home when my one tire dropped from 33 to 8 PSI in a matter of minutes. Frantically calling around local places to get service, these guys graciously were able to help me get a new tire with me pulling up 5 min prior to them closing on a Friday. Excellent customer service from these gentleman! I highly recommend! Al, Ryan and Dan were my saving grace that day! Thank you!
