Message: I have taken my vehicle to John's Automotive twice now and thought it time to write a review. I generally look for three factors when taking my vehicle to an auto repair shop; 1) Honesty, 2) Knowledge, and 3) Speed of Service. John's Automotive excels in all three aspects. Sometime visiting a shop for the first time you get a little nervous not really knowing what level of service you are really going to receive. From the start I felt they sincerely wanted to help me with my vehicle issues, especially given I own a 15+ year old suv with over 320K miles. After dropping it off and explaining the problem, I got a phone call later that day as they identified the root cause and explained how to fix it. They were clear detailing what the cost would be and were quick finishing the work. This second time, given my vehicle's age, I was bracing for bad news and a costly repair. They went through it thoroughly and figured out it was a couple straightforward issues that were fixed easily and inexpensively. It can be difficult at times to find a business that you can really trust and does high quality work and I’m quite happy that I found that and more.

Message: John is an excellent mechanic! No matter what the issue he has done everything from oil changes, tune up, brakes, on my daughters Jeep Wrangler. She has almost 100, 00 miles on it and thanx to John it runs like new. He is also very honest and priced right. I never go anywhere else.

We had never met before and they really knew how to wow me with just their customer service alone. They've become my one any only "go to shop" Now I must say I will never trust another mechanic. They do great work, reasonable rates, honest mechanics (wow! ), fun to be around, and it's easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Worth it to send out a good review!
